BLS CPR AED TRAINING (In Person or Online)
The AHA’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
You will learn:
- High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
- The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
- Important early use of an AED
- Effective ventilations using a barrier device
- Importance of teams in multi-rescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multi-rescuer CPR
- Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants
AHA HEART SAVER CPR AED TRAINING (In Person or Online)
Heart Saver CPR AED is geared for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.
This course reinforces skills proficiency
This course is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.

HEART SAVER PEDIATRIC FIRST CPR AED TRAINING
Heart Saver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Including: childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, etc. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.
This course is great for Child Care Providers, Preschool Teachers and Administrators and those working with children including parents. The AHA Heart Saver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Including: childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, etc.
RECEIVE YOUR TRAINING IN:
- First aid basics including medical, injury, poison, and environmental emergencies, preventing illnesses and injuries and controlling bleeding & bandaging. Covers topics like using a tourniquet, shock, internal bleeding, burns and electrical injuries, allergic reactions, breathing problems & dehydration, diabetes & low blood sugar, heat-and cold-related emergencies, drowning, amputations, bites and strings, broken bones and sprains. Also covers splinters, nose bleeds, fainting, seizures, and injuries to the head, eyes, neck, spine, mouth, and teeth.

FAQs ABOUT ONLINE BLENDED TRAINING
Heart Saver First Aid and CPR AED eLearning Courses are the online portion of blended learning course delivery, and are designed teach cognitive knowledge to adequately prepare students for hands-on practice and testing of first aid, CPR, and AED skills.

Blended Learning Courses provide flexibility in training delivery for students, employers, and AHA Instructors and can be a convenient alternative to Heart Saver Instructor-Led Training.
IMPORTANT: Once you have finished with the Online portion of the course, you will be required to do the short in-person, hands-on training at our training facility. Call or text to schedule the hands-on training. There is an additional fee for the hands on part of the course. (SEE HOME PAGE)
CANCELATION POLICY
REFUND POLICY
Class fees are nonrefundable and no refunds will be issued once fees have been submitted. Class materials and supplies such as course manuals and textbooks, and other class supplies are nonrefundable.
TRANSFER POLICY
To transfer to another class, notify Temp Care Agency Trainers by calling (424)200-5484 at least 24 hours prior to the class date in order to be eligible to transfer. Transfers will only be granted if space is available in a future class within 60 days of the original class date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Temp Care Agency Trainers reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled registered participants will be offered a transfer to a different class at no additional charge or a full refund.
VISITOR POLICY
Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training unless you have permission from the trainer to bring a visitor. There is no exception to the rule. Children are allowed in the Training Center unless they are being trained in First Aid or if they do not disturb the other students.
